TERMS OF SERVICE

CONDENSED TOS:

☆ All commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon (additional fees included)
☆ My Turnaround is 2-4 weeks for illustration and 5-8 weeks for animation
☆ I will provide progress on these stages: sketch, line art, and coloring.
☆ I will be doing revisions during the sketch and line art. After that, I may include an additional fee.
☆ If work has begun, partial refunds may be issued at my discretion.
☆ No refunds will be given once the final artwork is delivered.
☆ I will be asking to post my art commissions on my socials. If you are looking for a private commission, I will respect your decision
☆ Additionally, I will not claim your character or OC. I will only claim my art if I post. I will let you know before posting the commission and will credit you.

by commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

Revisions

☆ Revisions are allowed at the sketch, lineart, and coloring stages. I will ask for feedback and approval before moving on.
☆ Please request changes during the appropriate stage. Once a stage is approved, major changes cannot be made afterward.
☆ Shading is not a revision stage. Only minor corrections or mistakes on my part may be addressed.

Deadlines and Deliveries

☆ Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on complexity, workload, or circumstances.
☆ Finished artwork will be delivered digitally through the agreed-upon method.

Use

☆ Artwork is for personal use only unless commercial use has been agreed upon and the appropriate additional fee has been paid.
☆ You may use the artwork for personal profiles, wallpapers, icons, and similar personal purposes.
☆ You may not use my artwork for commercial purposes, resell it, or use it for AI training without my permission.
☆ Please do not heavily edit, trace, remove my watermark, or claim the artwork as your own.

Intellectual property rights

☆ You retain ownership of your character, OC, and any original content you provide.
☆ I retain the copyright and ownership of the artwork I create, even after the commission is completed.
☆ Purchasing a commission does not transfer the copyright or ownership of my artwork unless explicitly agreed upon.
☆ I may use the artwork in my portfolio or social media unless you request a private commission.
☆ Commercial use or copyright transfer must be discussed and agreed upon before the commission begins.

Refunds

☆ Once I start working on the commission, full refunds aren't an option.
☆ I will refund the money depending on the stage I'm in. For example, if I finished 25% of the commission, only 75% of the full price will be refunded. For example, for a colored piece:
⋆ sketch 10%
⋆ line art is +25%
⋆ coloring is +25%
⋆ shading is +25%
⋆ layering/detailing +15%
⋆ Please note that this changes depending on what is ordered
☆ Client cancellation requests can't be accepted after 75% of the commission is done. A refund will not be issued, but you can receive the finished piece
